Aliona Kats Interests in herbal treatments started when she discovered her own joy and love for healthy cuisines. While traveling through many countries she learned the essential benefits of Organic origins and chose to only embrace naturally Organic foods even before the word “Organic” was coined. Aliona wanted to meld her perspectives and healthy lifestyle with becoming a holistic practitioner, so she became a licensed acupuncturist, massage therapist, and board-certified herbalist. She holds a Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine and is NCCAOM certified. Aliona discovered her passion for Chinese Medicine over 15 years ago after experiencing its life-changing benefits.Her acupuncture and herbal treatments are custom-tailored for each patient and blend all her disciplines into a unique rejuvenating holistic and balancing experience. Aliona is always seeking to improve herself and is working on her doctorate in acupuncture as well as becoming an Iyengar Yoga instructor.Why Evergreen Herbs?

By documenting these revived formulas and adapting them to modern standards, The Evergreen Collection aims to safeguard and enrich the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine.

As the Research Director at Evergreen Herbs, Dr. Chen combines his expertise in both Chinese medicine and Western pharmacology to recreate these ancient remedies for contemporary practitioners.
